New Favourite Makeup Brushes & Giveaway!

My name is Autumn and I am a Makeup Brush snob!

There I said it! I cant help it, I love Makeup brushes but cheap & tacky ones just are not for me! I want my brushes to not only look good but to perform well and last wash after wash.

I've always stuck to my good old faithfuls Mac cosmetics, Zoeva & Real techniques brushes. When Linsey Douglas mua said she only ever uses Jessup Beauty brushes I was intrigued, especially when I seen the low price tag. After a bit of research on the numerous sets available I ordered the 15 piece Eyeliner Makeup Brush Tool Kit from amazon for £13.99 (plus £3.99 delivery).

They arrived within a few days. I was immediately impressed with the sleek packaging. The minute I opened them I was amazed at just how good they looked for their price tag. Cheap brushes don't usually have the name and number of the brush on like these do which is always really helpful. They are really sturdy brushes and most importantly the bristles are really soft and don't feel scratchy on my super sensitive eyes.

The big test was obviously how they performed when applying shadow. All I can say is I haven't used any other eye brushes since I bought these because they are just so easy to use. My last few eye shadow looks on myself and friends on my social media were all created using these brushes if you want to take a look.

There are four brushes in this set that I am completely in love with...

221 Luxe Soft Crease - You can never have too many blending brushes. i love this one because it has quite long bristles but is still dense enough to not only pack on shadows but blend them like a dream.

237 Detailed Shader - I loved brushes specifically designed for small detailed work. they are brilliant when you are trying to do an intricate look or you are trying to correct a mistake.

312 Detailed LinerThis is the smallest liner brush in my collection. I love it for my brows.

223 Petite eye Blender - Omg I just love this brush. I have nothing like it in my collection. It is absolutely perfect for blending shadow on the lower lash line. You could also use it to spot conceal or to highlight the inner corner and brow bone.

I highly recommend giving these brushes a go especially if you are on a budget and want a good reliable set. I cannot wait to try their face brushes and see if they are just as good.

You can read a full breakdown of all the brushes included in this set and buy it on Amazon here.

I am giving one set of these Jessup Beauty brushes away. Head over to my Facebook page to enter and read full terms and conditions.

How are you guys liking the new look of the blog? I'm still working on it so please bare with me. I cannot wait until it is finished!
